We are so excited to announce that registration for the upcoming Murrumbateman Little Athletics season is officially open!

🗓️ Season Dates:
First Half: 4th November – 16th December (followed by our Christmas break 🎄)
Second Half: 3rd February – 24th March

🎟️ Update on Active Kids Vouchers: We know many families are eager to use their vouchers this season. We haven't been able to process them just yet, but we are working hard to get it sorted. MLAC NATIONWIDE! 🥇🥈🏃🏾‍♂️
A massive congratulations to our very own Kwame Antwi-Tuffour for his incredible performance at the 2026 Australian Little Athletics Championships in Brisbane this week!

Kwame took to the track representing Capital Athletics and showed the whole country what Murrumbateman is made of. It was a podium-filled week for our star athlete:

NATIONAL CHAMPION in the U12 Boys 200m, taking home the GOLD with a phenomenal time of 24.25s! 🏆

SILVER MEDALIST in the U12 Boys 100m, clocking an amazing sub-12 time of 11.99s to secure 2nd place in Australia! 🥈

Kwame, your hard work, speed, and sportsmanship are an inspiration to all our junior athletes back home at MLAC. To come home with a Gold and a Silver at the National level is a massive achievement.

A special thank you to ARA Group for their generous sponsorship of Kwame. Support like yours is vital in helping our local athletes reach the national stage and achieve their dreams. We are incredibly grateful for your commitment to our club and our athletes! 🤝

What a fantastic year it has been at Murrumbateman Little Athletics! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

As we wrap up the season, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to our incredible community. To the families who show up every week, the volunteers who keep everything running smoothly, and the local supporters who cheer us on—this success belongs to all of you. It truly wouldn’t have been the same without your dedication and effort.

We also want to extend a special thank-you to some of our amazing local businesses for their generous gifts and support of our volunteers this year. We are so lucky to have such a supportive community!
