A huge congratulations to Coach Josh and his Metro Junior U13 Div 2 Boys on sealing the Premiership in their first season of competitive football!

The boys sealed top spot a few weeks ago and their smiles tell a wonderful story of how much time and effort they've put in all year to achieve this 👏👏👏

We wish the team further rewards as they head into Finals next weekend.

GRANTS // GCBF ROUND 126

We’re thrilled to announce a successful Gambling Community Benefit Fund grant application for $34,647.00.

The secured funding has assisted the club in purchasing four brand new team shelters for Fields 1 and 2. With the old, rusty shelters demolished earlier this year as part of the upgrade to our facilities at Harris Avenue, it was the club's responsibility to procure new ones.

The club would like to thank the Gambling Community Benefit Fund Queensland and the Queensland Government for helping us achieve this.

FQPL4 U23 MEN: UP NEXT // GRAND FINAL

For the third year in a row, our FQPL U23 Men have scored a ticket to the big dance.

To help them replicate last year's Grand Final trophy success, the boys need as many Eagles supporters as possible to come along to Moreton Bay Sports Complex on Sunday morning and get behind them from the first whistle to the last.

We know it's Father's Day but you can take Dad out for lunch afterwards 😉

We’re seeking YOUR nominations for our Club Person of the Year AND Junior Club Person of the Year.

The winners could be players, coaches or any of our amazing volunteers. The only criteria we ask for is that the nominees have gone above and beyond for their team and/or the club during this season.

A superb season for our Metro Junior U13 Div 1 Boys sees them finish unbeaten, top of the ladder...and claim the Premiers trophy.

It's been great to witness the boys develop this season - their first in competitive football - under the guidance of Coaches Brad and Luke. Hard work and dedication has certainly paid off.

A big 'thank-you' to the Shade King himself - Shane King MP - for providing our club with a brand new 6 x 3m gazebo.

These portable and versatile canopies enable us to provide much-needed shade for our members/volunteers. They also allow us to effectively host pop-up events around the club and community.

PREMIERS // U14 DIVISION 5 BOYS

Well done to our Metro Junior U14 Div 5 Boys who have claimed top spot and the Premiers trophy after a three-nil win over second-placed Ridge Hills Utd FC on Friday night 🏆

Having lost only three games all season, it's been a year to remember for the boys and Coach, Sean Savage 👏👏

Good luck to the lads for their last round next weekend and for their semi final the weekend after.

RESULTS // FQPL4 MEN SEMI FINAL

🦅 A 6-0 defeat at the hands of Premiers, New Farm Utd FC, put an end to the season for our FQPL4 Men's First Team on Saturday night.

Well done to Steve Snaith and the rest of the leadership group for steering the team to a top-four finish after a tricky season to navigate.

🦅 An early goal from Ben Steen and a late goal by Riley Rapmund earned the U23s a spot in next weekend's Grand Final following a 1-2 win over U23s Premiers, New Farm Utd FC.

The young guns finished fourth and have made the GF for the third year running. They'll be looking to replicate last year's trophy success and would love as much support as possible in their last game of the season versus Ripley Valley FC.

The Grand Final will take place at 11am on Sunday 6th September at Moreton Bay Sports Complex, Burpengary. See you there!

Another week, another finals clash with Northside Christian FC and yet another penalty shoot-out. Well done to NCFC for claiming the double in 2026.
