You don’t have to be fit before you start.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
And you definitely don’t have to figure it out alone.
That’s what we’re here for.
Come as you are. We’ll meet you where you’re at and help you figure out the rest.

24 hours. One goal. A bloody good reason to get uncomfortable.
Let’s make it count. 🩵

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be something.
Train when you can. Do what you can. Keep showing up. Small efforts, done consistently, add up. 🩵

1,000 CLUB 🩵 | AMS
1000 sessions. what an effort!
Ams has been with us since the early days, one of our OGs who has been here through it all.
If you’ve ever trained alongside Amy, you already know she NEVER fears a throwdown. She walks in, puts her head down and gets the work done. No fuss, no excuses, just shows up and puts in every single time. And most days, showing up means you’ll see her in the morning… and then somehow she’s back again that night. 😂
1,000 sessions doesn’t happen by accident. It’s years of consistency, hard work and choosing to show up over and over again.
But as much as Amy is an absolute weapon when it comes to training, she’s also one of the most beautiful, kind and caring people you’ll meet. Quiet-natured, never looking for attention and just genuinely someone we love having as part of this community.
Which naturally means coach George makes sure she gets as much unwanted attention as possible by greeting her with a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMY!” most days. According to George, Amy has approximately 52 birthdays a year… and she loves every second of the attention. 👀
Over the years, we’ve watched Amy really find her place here. What started as somewhere to train has become somewhere she belongs, her people, her routine and, we hope, a place that feels a little bit like home. She’s become such a special part of the fabric of this place, and it genuinely wouldn’t feel the same without her.
Ams, thank you for being one of our OGs, for continuing to show up and throw down, and for being such a special part of this community.
1,000 sessions. what a milestone.
Congratulations on joining the 1000 club, Ams. We love you! Here’s to the next thousand.
