For the month of May, myself and the team will be running 50km for the to raise money for MS (multiple sclerosis) research. Congrats to GSC Athlete Chayce Browning for knocking off the 14 years Shot Put record at Narrabri High. Chayce beat the old record (12.78m) with a put of 12.99m. Good to see all the effort you’re putting into your training paying off mate.

I’m going to be making another merch order in the next few weeks. The shirts will be the same as last time with a hot pink or metallic gold logo on a black tshirt. I’ll also be getting some singlets in metallic gold. The hoodies will be available in either white or metallic gold as well.

✨12 Week Challenge✨
I’ll be running a 12 Week Fitness Challenge between the 30th January and 16th April.
The challenge will aim to help people continue or kickstart their fitness journey with goals of weight loss, toning, gaining some muscle, getting their diet in check and just generally becoming a happier and healthier version of themselves.
The challenge will include an initial consult/weigh in with check ins, full gym programming, nutrition/diet assessment, and most importantly, access to a community of likeminded people with similar goals and challenges .
There will also be a variety of prizes awarded at the end of the 12 weeks.
