✨ Let your success be built in the moments no one sees. ✨

With eisteddfods finished for the year, we’re using this time to focus on new routines, conditioning, strengthening and technique — building strong foundations ready for what’s next. 💪🏼🩰

Did you know Miss Chelsie is qualified in Barre Pilates training? Her knowledge of exercise, muscle engagement and body alignment helps us create conditioning programs tailored to what each dancer needs.

Xanthe is currently working on her relevé strength, hip flexors and learning how to correctly engage the muscles needed for stronger, more controlled turns. ✨

It’s not always about practising the trick over and over — sometimes the biggest improvements come from strengthening the body and understanding how to use it.

Strong dancers are built from the foundations up. 🤍
