The biggest weekend of the season is here! 🖤🤍

Following our Women’s and Masters premierships, we’re hoping to add EIGHT more flags to the cabinet this weekend, with our A Grade, B Grade, C Grade, 17B, 15B, 13W, 19s and Reserves all taking the court or field in their Grand Finals! 🏆

📍 RSEA Park — Football

While we may be split across two venues, we’ll all come together in the rooms after the A Grade game to celebrate what has been an incredible 2026 season. 🖤🤍

What a weekend for the NWFNC! 🖤🤍

A HUGE congratulations to our C Grade netball & U19s football, who have booked their spots in the 2026 Grand Final! 👏🏼🔥

They’ll join our Reserves football, A Grade, B Grade, 17B, 15B & 13W netball in the big dance next weekend! 🏆

A special mention to our D Grade netball, who fell just short after a valiant effort. ❤️‍🩹 What a tremendous season from this group — so much to be proud of, and we can’t wait to see you take it one step further next year!

And finally… OUR MASTERS BOYS ARE PREMIERS! 🏆💪🏼

It’s all to play for as we head into another HUGE weekend of finals footy & netball! 🔥

🏐 C & D Grade have the home court advantage, with NWFNC hosting the SEPNL Preliminary Finals at Kalora Park! Bring the noise and get behind the girls as they fight for their spot in the big dance.

🏉 19s take on Bentleigh at ETU Stadium, with a Grand Final spot on the line! 👊

🏆 And on Sunday, our Masters take centre stage in their Grand Final against Parkdale. After a dominant season, they’ll be looking to finish the job and bring home the silverware!

A huge congratulations to Tom Toner, who celebrated 100 games for NWFNC over the weekend! 🖤🤍

Since joining the club in 2015, Tom has built an incredible footballing resume:

🏆 3x Premierships
⭐ 1x Grand Final Best on Ground
🥇 1x League Best & Fairest
⭐ 5x Team of the Year

But when asked about his career highlight, Tom’s answer says it all — making lifelong friends and winning flags with them. 🖤

A massive milestone for Trent Papworth, who brought up an incredible 200 senior games for the NWFNC! 🖤🤍

Trent’s journey with the club began back in the U18s in 2012, and since then he’s built an incredible football resume:

🏆 2x Reserve Premierships — 2013 & 2014
🏆 3x Senior Premierships — 2019, 2022 & 2024
⭐ Team of the Year — 2023
🎖️ Senior Premiership Captain — 2024

As for his career highlight… it’s a tough choice between captaining the Senior Premiership in 2024 or the legendary Narre Nights in the old rooms! 😂

200 senior games, 5 premierships and countless memories along the way.

What a weekend of finals action for the NWFNC! 🔥

A massive CONGRATULATIONS to our A Grade, B Grade, Reserves, 17 Blue, 15 Blue & 13 White sides, who have all booked their spots straight into the GRAND FINAL in two weeks! 🏆🙌

A tough one for our Seniors, Colts & 15 White, whose seasons have come to an end. Thank you for an incredible season — you’ve done the club proud. 🖤🤍

A massive milestone for Jesse Davies, who chalked up his 100th senior game for the NWFNC last weekend! 🖤🤍

Since joining the club in 2017, Jesse has built an impressive football resume, including:

🥈 Club Runner-Up B&F — 2021
⭐ Best Finals Player — 2024
🏆 Senior Premiership — 2024

And what a highlight that 2024 season was — helping bring home the Senior Premiership, a moment that will undoubtedly stand out as one of the biggest highlights of his career.
