Narre Warren young star Julian Goerlitz has been rewarded for his hot start to the season with a contract at Casey Demons.

It's been a breakout year for him in the seniors and sports reporter Blair Burns caught up with him after signing at Casey Fields.

From meeting minutes and endless admin tasks to answering messages, organising paperwork and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, Caitlin is always working behind the scenes to support our club and community.

The role of Secretary often goes unnoticed, but it’s one of the most important jobs in any club. It takes dedication, organisation and a whole lot of heart, and Caitlin brings all three every single day.
