And we made it! Another year 3/4 spent on Zoom with a great ending back to normality (although not quite normally but feels kind of like it 😂)!
I’m so lucky my business has kept going, although it’s only my secondary job, it’s also my love job! And I couldn’t thank my Zest girls enough for sticking with me & supporting me through life’s recent ups & downs & upside downs!!
Cheers to a great Christmas & the appreciation of loved ones who helped us make it through 💕

We are finally back to bootcamp woohoo!!! 🙌🏼🌟🎉
Of course there are number restrictions but that’s ok, I’m more than happy to run a few sessions instead of 1.
Was so nice seeing everyone’s smiley faces this morning & I almost forgot how great it was to share a laugh with them all too (whilst working out of course 😜)

Completed our shesh today with some Wimhof breathing. It’s scientifically proven to be great for the immune system, all your cells from head to toe, fitness endurance, anxiety, depression, tiredness & when your unable to sleep. It’s a mix of fast heavy breathing, after 20 or so breaths, you hold your breath for 3 rounds. And after you feel amazing!
I’ve been doing it twice a day & have really noticed the difference!

It’s so good to finally be back with these girls in person, after about 14 straight weeks on zoom!! Not to mention another 6 or so weeks in the first wave!!
Was great to be outside again on a Saturday morning, will be in the park for another couple of weeks yet, but we don’t care one bit!
Covid has been tough but we’ve really noticed the support we give each other, coming together each Saturday and it’s more than fitness, it’s being part of a team. I feel very blessed to be part of a group like this & looking forward to Zest slowly returning back to normal...what ever normal is these days!! 👏🏼🙌🏼👯‍♂️

Today I nominated the 8 Zest girls who participated with me today, and told them they are welcome to continue each day for 25 days & continue the nominations should they wish 💙
(we ended up doing 55 push ups each in total this morning too!!) 💪🏼

I will be conducting 25 push-ups for 25 days to raise awareness for things such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Anxiety and Depression

This is how we do it now, here in the world of isolation...it’s definitely not the same as a bootcamp sesh in person but at least we are all still connected & keeping up our fitness! Thank goodness for Zoom 🙏🏼 -modern day technology has got us all through these really tough times! And thank you to my Zest girls for coming every week, supporting our little team, hopefully it won’t be long til we can all have a workout & laugh in person 😍
