🥎🗻 JAPAN DEVELOPMENT TOUR WRAP-UP 🗻🥎
What an incredible time it has been for our Softball Queensland Development Tour!
The girls played nine tough games against quality Japanese teams, gaining invaluable experience, competing hard and embracing the opportunity to experience Japanese culture and create memories both on and off the diamond. After a busy week of softball, a well-earned three-night stopover in Tokyo included Tokyo Disneyland and a professional baseball game — the perfect way to finish an unforgettable trip!
A huge thank you to our amazing hosts from the Kochi Softball Association and Kochi Prefectural Haruno Athletic Recreation Park for welcoming us and allowing us to call Haruno Sports Park home for the week. A special thank you to Mr Sanetoshi Tamura for his continued efforts in making our Japan tours possible, and to all the teams who travelled to play us each day. We are incredibly grateful for your hospitality, friendship and competition.
Thank you to our parents and families for supporting the tour and helping make this opportunity possible. And to our players — thank you for being outstanding representatives of Softball Queensland. Your effort, enthusiasm and willingness to embrace the experience made this tour so special.
