A significant spraying program is occurring today requiring the course to be closed all day to prevent chemical being transferred from the fairways to the greens. We'll resume normal programming tomorrow!

The tees on 3, 7 & 16 were completely returfed this week with the help of our Volunteer crew. They've had some massive projects over the last couple of weeks and the difference to the replacement greens is apparent already. The turfing around the surrounds of the 3rd, 7th and 8th is already knitting in. Regular mowing is occurring with heights slowing being reduced on greens and the surrounds. Everything is well on track for Opening Day.

Nedlands Golf Club Greens Replacement Phase 2 - Final video.
We can see light at the end of the tunnel! Its been a huge 2 years for the club and for our contractors led by Jeff Lane. We're delighted with what the results will be and can't wait for Opening Day 2026.
Thanks to Jeff, the course staff led by Brad Hebble, our Greens volunteers and especially our members who are waiting patiently for the full course to be in play.

Today's effort from a huge team of volunteers working with the greens staff, was the 3rd hole. Following a complete rebuild of the greens complex, including significant earthworks to the fairway leading to the green, the surrounds have been turfed out and remaining areas seeded with stolons. We can't wait for this finished product.
