Its absolutely what we’re all about at Herform. Our Pilates classes are created for mums to bring their babies/toddlers and feel comfortable. If you need to stop mid-workout to tend to your baby, then absolutely do it! There is no need to feel nervous, we can guarantee you won’t be the only one.

Over the course of the classes, you will gradually build up your fitness and strengthen your core. A fab, fun workout to music both you and your child will love! Babies from 6 weeks to pre-schoolers are welcome!
