One year ago, CDS Physio & Wellness opened its doors with a vision to create more than just a clinic, but a beautiful space where people could slow down, reconnect, heal, move, rest, recharge, rediscover their own power, and thrive. 🤍
A space grounded in care, movement, wellbeing, and genuine human connection.
Today, as we celebrate our first year, I feel incredibly grateful.
Grateful for every client who trusted us with their health, pain, recovery, movement, confidence, and wellbeing.
Grateful for every conversation, every breakthrough, and every moment someone realised they could feel stronger, move better, or reconnect with themselves again.
What started as a dream built from passion, courage, and many unknowns has grown into such a beautiful community of people committed to living healthier, stronger, fuller lives.

As I wrap up my final day of work for the year, my heart is full 🤍
To every single client who trusted me with their body, their health, their growth, their challenges, and their dreams, thank you.
Whether you came to CDS Physio & Wellness in pain, seeking strength, clarity, confidence, or simply a space to reconnect with yourself… it has been an absolute honour to walk alongside you.
This year was about so much more than rehab, exercise, or goals ticked off.
It was about showing up, choosing yourself, building resilience, learning to listen to your body, and remembering just how capable you truly are.
Your commitment, honesty, courage, and willingness to grow (in the studio, in sessions, and in life) is what makes this work so deeply meaningful to me. You inspire me more than you know.
I’m stepping into a short pause now to rest, reflect, and recharge ✨

MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨
This week, remember that ASAP doesn’t have to mean rushing.
It can mean:
1. As slow as possible – honour your pace
2. As gentle as possible – soften into the week
3. As soulful as possible – lead with heart
4. As sustainable as possible – choose habits that last
5. As sincere as possible – show up real and true
6. As steady as possible – keep grounded in your rhythm
7. Always allow space + pause – that’s where renewal lives 🌿

✨ As this retreat comes to a close, I’m reminded of the deep wisdom our bodies carry.
🌸 I am a Spiritual Being having a Human Experience.
🌸 Pain is often resistance to feeling.
🌸 When we are guided by our Higher Self, we step out of fear and into growth from comfort, to learning, to expansion.
🌸 Our cells hold the energy of past stress, emotions, and trauma… yet they also hold the power to heal.
🌸 We don’t need to intellectualise pain, through conscious movement, presence, and contemplation we can release, feel fully, and come home to ourselves.
This week has been about remembering, feeling, and expanding into new ways of being. 💫
