If you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed then you are not alone.
Most adults are asked to make 35,000 remotely conscious decisions in a day and simultaneously manage 50 to 70 projects. Even without major life events contributing to our ever increasing stress load simply the act of modern day living can cause us to accumulate stress debts that undermine our wellbeing.
Stress and Anxiety are some of the most prevalent mental health issue in Australia and many other countries. Luckily, there's now a growing body of research to support that practising yoga, mindfulness, and conscious breathing are some the most effective tools to regulate the stress response and rebalance the nervous system.
Our Stress and Anxiety Relief Workshops with will take you on a journey to explore Yoga as a powerful tool to balance the nervous system, calm the mind and self regulate mood and emotion. Our myofascial release balls will give you a head to toe myofascial release massage designed to ease physically held stress and tension and leave you in a state of blissful relaxation.
The session finishes with a blissful sound immersion and refreshments.
All levels and experience welcome. Suitable for absolute beginners.
