EVENT CANCELLED

It is with great sadness that we have had to make the decision to cancel the upcoming Rob Woffinden Classic event that was scheduled for Dec 7th

After initially having a strong field of international and interstate riders committed to the event, the numbers slowly dwindled through injury and outside commitments. We simply don't have the calibre of riders available that we require to run this event and keep the standard it deserves as well as making it commercially viable.

We understand that fans will be just as disappointed as we are, but we hope to be back again for the next season. In the meantime, the quality of local WA solo riders this upcoming season is the strongest it has been in years with a handful of guys returning from Europe as well as fast charging youngsters newly promoted to the senior division. Please support Pinjar Park Speedway and make it to as many meetings as you can

Now that the dust has settled, we can reflect on an amazing night for the 2024 Bennco Rob Woffinden Classic

Thank you to all of our solo, sidecar and Outlaw Kart competitors. They all understood the assignment and produced a professional and exception night of racing

To the fans. Thank you for supporting this event once again. You turned up in great numbers, and set the bar for what we can achieve in speedway motorcycle racing in Perth

The track staff, Justin and Jamie, who put in an enormous effort for 2 weeks in very hot and testing conditions to produce one of the best racing tracks we have seen at Pinjar Park Speedway

The Speedway Motorcycle Club of WA for use of the venue and for assisting with volunteers, permits and a lot of behind the scenes stuff
