🏈 Preseason Training Starts June 29! 🏈

The Gold Coast Stingrays are kicking off our preseason training, and we want YOU to come down and try it out!

In Weeks 1-4 join us on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Greenheart Parklands, Robina (near Cbus Stadium).
From Week 5 onward, we will return back to our normal training times of 5-7pm for 9-17years and 7-9pm for Seniors.

Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, everyone is welcome to learn, train, and gear up for an epic season in 2026!

We have an important update regarding our upcoming 40th Anniversary celebration.

Due to the significant rise in fuel prices and the increasing cost of flights, we know many of our alumni would face challenges traveling to attend the event in July. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the celebration.

Our priority is to ensure as many of you as possible can join us to mark this special milestone, so we will be looking to reschedule the event toward the end of the year or in January 2027.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to celebrating together when the time is right. More details will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.

After a tough and gritty first half which seen both teams in a tight margin, the boys showed incredible resilience, determination, and teamwork in the second half to take control and seal a well-deserved victory over the Moreton Bay Raptors.

What an amazing season it’s been! This success is a true reflection of the hard work and dedication from the players, coaches, volunteers, and our incredible sponsors who make it all possible.

So proud of everyone involved — what a team, what a season! 💙

What an epic season it has been for all of our teams, our U14s and Men’s squads fought with everything they had last Saturday, taking their games right down to the wire. In two absolute nail-biters, we fell just short in the final seconds—but the heart, skill, and determination shown all season cannot be understated. We’re proud of every single one of you!

Our U18s, fresh off a win over the Ravens in the Semis, now advance to the Grand Final for a repeat of the 2024 showdown🏆

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of a cherished member of our Stingray Family, Geoff Hay.

Many within our club today may not have had the privilege of knowing Geoffy personally, but those of us who did—those who worked beside him, learned from him, and were lucky enough to call him a friend—know just how deeply he loved this club and every person in it.

Geoff embodied the very soul of Stingray Pride. He helped shape who we are, and his influence can still be felt in the spirit of our club today. He was one of our greatest supporters, always eager to hear how everyone was doing, always proud of every effort and achievement. His advice was trusted, his perspective valued, and his knowledge of all things Stingrays was unmatched. He carried our history, our victories, our challenges, and our identity with remarkable clarity and devotion.

To Ailsa and the entire Hay family, our hearts break with yours. We hold you in our thoughts and in our love. Please know that Geoff’s legacy will forever remain a part of the Stingrays. We will honour him, remember him, and ensure that his spirit continues to guide this club he held so dear.

SEMI FINALS are just around the corner and it’s on the Gold Coast! Starting at 11.30am with our two U12s teams kicking off the day! Come down to Nerang Bulls RUC and join the home crowd as our U14s, U18s, and Mens teams fight for their Grand Final spot! 💪🏽
With impressive regular season performances from all three teams, it's going to be an exciting day of football! 🏈

Beyond measure is the tireless effort put in over the years to see the club resilient and thriving to this day.

The Lady Rays are making waves! After a fantastic season of football in 2025, we're thrilled to see them head to the Womens Semi Finals this weekend!
Despite the odds, they came together and proved themselves as a force to be reckoned with!
Kudos to Coach Jason Gambier for his exceptional guidance. We're all behind you, Lady Rays!

Our U12s and U14s head to Browns Plains this weekend!
U12s to play multiple games against the Bears, Rhinos White and Rhinos Red teams in their carnival round l, while our U14s go against the Rhinos for their second match up this season and the final Round Robin game before the Semi finals on the 6th of December!

History in the making! Our Senior Mens team is heading North to take on the Townsville Cyclones this weekend, a first for the Stingrays regular season! After all the fundraising and hard work, they'll be flying out Saturday morning and kicking off the game at 5pm. We wish we could be there in person, but know we're cheering you on from afar!
