Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the most effective martial art in a 1v1 situation in modern times.

Students learn how to effectively defend themselves by subduing their adversary, this can be done with little or no risk of injury if need be.

Bullies will tend to pick on smaller, timid kids as they're seen as easy targets.

What if your smaller, timid kid, was brimming with the confidence that only real martial arts can provide?
