Transformational Game Leela
I would like to share my insights after being guided through this game by 🤍
The focus for me was for finding direction for my Bespoke Ballet project. But this game wouldn't let me start 😟 until I aimed my focus specifically at solo performances. And by this point, I was already filled with insight and ready to finish, but I had to start with the first step.
• The game highlighted that the ideas I intend to embody are from my ego. Such as “proving that I'm better or justifying expectations”. The solution is to act out of thinking «The universe is generous and all is enough».
• “Rescuing” helping everyone when they don't ask for it. The solution is to continue to show up, gently letting people know that I’m always there for them and be ready for requests.
• We create our own purpose. "We must do this and that." (For me, it’s my entire life's roles in ballet). When it doesn’t come true, we suffer. What if it doesn't happen?... Let it go.
Honestly, I feel like my brain has been slightly reformatted with new neural connections through the thoughts that I’ve received and now I can connect with my new self.

We do not have the ability to choose the body in which we are born. Our genes dictate our height, how our muscles will grow and the bone and joint structure we will have. We can only accept this and work with it. We can strive to improve ourselves in the direction we choose.
If our body does not conform to certain standards, it is important to find that unique quality within ourselves that will overshadow imperfections and highlight our strengths. We must find and unleash it in it’s full power! This is where we should focus our thoughts and energy. On developing our strong qualities.
To do this, it is important to listen to and feel our body. It is wise and will guide us. Yoga helps us to listen to our body. And I am always here for you if you want to learn about yoga practices ❤️

Мы рождаемся в этом теле. У нас отсутствует возможность выбора. Гены диктуют, какого роста мы будем, как мышцы будут расти на теле, какие у нас будут кости, суставы. И мы может только принять это. И работать с этим. Совершенствовать в том направлении, которое выбрали.
И если тело не соответствует канонам, найти ту особенность в себе, которая перекроет эти несоответствия. Найти и раскрыть в полной мощи. Вот куда важно направлять мысли и энергию. На развитие сильных своих качеств.
Для этого важно слушать и слышать себя, свое тело. Оно мудрое. Оно подскажет. Йога помогает услышать свое тело. Я всегда здесь, если будет желание ознакомиться с практиками йоги ❤️

ТЕЛО | BODY part 2

The sad fact is that many people are susceptible to being negatively programmed. To believe that if you're not the "right" shape, you simply start hating your body. The constant fear of gaining weight doesn't protect you from this, but rather creates unnecessary tension.
For myself, in ballet school we would be encouraged to take weight loss pills before regular weigh-ins, constantly dieting. In doing so I believed I would become happier with my body. But it didn't help, it led to breakdowns and even more dissatisfaction.
But no one told me that the body is a reflection of your internal state. And if you're confident, radiating in the joy of life and appreciating your body, then it responds to you in kind.
It's important that the intention to heal and improve the appearance and functionality of your body comes from a place of LOVE, not of hatred. Feel the difference between “I will go on a diet now, restrict myself from tasty food completely, and exhaust myself with exercise to constantly be in deficit" and “I am so grateful for my body. What can I do to make it even healthier and more beautiful?” ❤️
Печальный факт, но многие подверженны программированию: если ты не формат, то ненавидишь свое тело. Страх поправиться не уберегает от этого, а наоборот, создает напряжение.
В балетной школе мы пили таблетки для похудения перед регулярным взвешиванием, сидели на диетах, думая, что если это подходит кому-то, то поможет и мне. Но не помогало. А приводило к срывам и еще большему неудовлетворению. Иногда дело заканчивалось обмороками…
Но никто не рассказывал, что тело - это отражение внутреннего состояния. И если ты доволен тем, как ты выглядишь,
уверен в себе, лучишься радостью жизни и наслаждаешься своим телом, то оно отвечает тебе взаимностью.
Важно, чтобы намерение оздоровить и улучшить внешний вид тела шло из ЛЮБВИ к своему телу, а не из ненависти. Почувствуйте разницу: «я сейчас посажу тебя на диету, ограничу запретами, измучаю нагрузками» и
«я так благодарна за свое тело. Как и что я могу сделать, чтобы оно стало еще более здоровым и красивым? Стало телом моей мечты?» ❤️
