We’re excited to introduce our small-group pre- and postnatal classes, designed to support you through pregnancy and beyond.
With a maximum of 6 participants per class, you’ll receive personalised attention in a safe and supportive environment.
Pregnancy Reformer Pilates

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates

All classes are led by our accredited Exercise Physiologist, ensuring safe, effective movement.
An initial assessment with one of our Women's Health Exercise Physiologists is required before starting those classes.
