🏇 HOME BASE CHARITY RACE DAY 2026 🏇

We're calling on businesses, suppliers, contractors, tradies, friends and supporters to get behind this incredible event and help make it bigger than ever.

📅 Sunday 29 November
📍 Ladbrokes Park Elwick
👥 Tables of 10 available $1,950 (meal & drinks package) or $1,150 (meal package)

Hosted on behalf of the Rotary Club of Glenorchy, funds raised from the day support Home Base Youth Services' Colville Place, providing emergency accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 12-15 years.

This year, PST will match every dollar raised for Colville Place, doubling the impact of your support.

Last year's fundraising helped:
✅ Replace essential kitchen items for residents
✅ Fund su***de intervention training for staff supporting vulnerable young people

How you can help:
🎟️ Purchase a table and bring along your team, clients or suppliers
🎟️ Encourage businesses in your network to book a table
🎁 Donate raffle or live auction prizes
🎁 Source prizes through your own contacts and networks
💰 Make a direct donation to the cause

We're chasing:
✔ Gift vouchers
✔ Accommodation packages
✔ Sporting tickets
✔ Dining experiences
✔ Tools and equipment
✔ Adventure experiences
✔ Hampers
✔ Products and services
✔ Unique auction items

Anything that can help raise funds on the day is greatly appreciated.

The event will feature:
🏇 Live auctions
🎟️ Major raffles
📣 Phantom race calling
🏆 Tipping competitions
📸 Professional photography
🎉 After-party celebrations

With more than 200 attendees last year and a target of 250 this year, it's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with professionals across the construction, trade, wholesale and supplier industries.

This event is about supporting our community and creating better outcomes for young people who need it most.

📢 PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD

Even if you're unable to attend, donate or sponsor, you can still make a huge difference. Please like, share and tag businesses, suppliers, trades, wholesalers, hospitality venues and anyone who may be able to donate a prize, purchase a table or support the event. The more people who see this post, the more funds we can raise for vulnerable young people in our community.

❤️ Every share, every prize donated, every table sold and every dollar raised helps change lives.
