Buckingham Bowls Club Established in 1905, Buckingham Bowls Club is situated in the Hobart suburb of New Town and has a prime position on the Main Rd New Town

Buckingham (known by most locals as 'bucks') is a large club situated 10 mins from Hobart C*D in the suburb of New Town. With a new synthetic green and a grass surface, the club offers its existing as well as potential new members the opportunity to play the great game of lawn bowls all year round. Our modern clubhouse is also a hub of excitement. For keen punters, Bingo is held on Monday and Saturday nights and is open to the public. Friday nights, members, guests and visitors are warmly welcomed to come and enjoy a meal provided by the club cooking team (notice of upcoming Fridays will be posted on Facebook). For any further inquiries, contact the club on (03) 6278 1352 or email [email protected] as our hours of operation for the spring and summer months are yet to be confirmed.
