Discover your inner feminine and transform into the woman you desire to be! It IS possible

Well, hello again. Another evolution of me is here. Ever since I entered Motherhood and stopped trying to be a business I didn't really know how to show up here. I started here by sharing my vaginismus journey and it just rolled on from there.

Pregnancy, motherhood and life has changed so much and I still wanted to show up here (when I can) but didn't really know how, especially when most of you have been here when I was taking mostly about s3x, embodiment, toys, navigating pain and plenty more!

I realised something after the weekend, the message I have always shared is EMBODIMENT. That was the goal every time, to tell you how embodiment can change your life, relationships and more. But right now, I'm not selling anything haha... I am a counsellor in training and I've gone back to my roots of marketing freelancing!

But I love this free space. The people I follow, the journeys I get go experience, the life. So I'm gonna show up here fully me. I'll share parts of my life that I think are relevant, so more sharing, less teaching/educating. It'll always have a theme of embodiment. It'll probably be AFTER I go through something, but it'll be interesting πŸ˜†

Keep following or unfollow. I don't mind. The engagement here is really not much but I'll be here for whoever is around.

Is it time to bring back plain old posts? We just came back from 7 magical days away with my besties family. I SO needed it. Even better is there was no reception at camp so phones were away!

2025 was BIG in the good and the not so good but 2026 is here and I'm (kinda) ready. I've got another few weeks until uni kicks off again. My eldest starts preschool and I'm picking up more work in freelance marketing. It's going to be a juggle.

Big on my list this year is THERAPY and better self regulation. Less screentime and more gym time and more community around me.

Amongst the happy moments, has been my fair share of low moments. It's been one of my toughest years yet. Adjusting to life with 2 kids has been SO MUCH harder than I anticipated, add on my first year of study and a lot of financial stress made this year sh*tty as. I won't sugar coat it, I had multiple breakdowns.

Whilst I wasn't diagnosed, I think I also experienced a lot of PPA and absolutely burnt out from parenting.

My goal in 2026 is THERAPY. I need it. My kids need me to need it. So does hubby πŸ€ͺ

Social media is brutal. Constantly showing us what we don't have, the highlight reels of life. This post, I wanted to share the reality of life.

Perhaps I'll be more active here in 2026, probably not though. But if you're in Newy, I'd love to hang out more! Stay tuned for January crafternoon vision board/collaging!

I'm off for a beachy camping trip tomorrow and one of my goals is to get offline more. So I'm going to set some goals and focus on that and be present.

Birthdays tend to cause me to reflect on the past years. Last week I turned 35 and I thought about who I am and how I hold myself in this world and I realised how confident I am, not only in who I am but also in what I believe. My confidence has been a beautiful tree, slowly growing from a sapling into a tree that can take up space and not feel bad about it.

I wanted to share a little bit more about my confidence journey. I wanted to encourage you, if you're feeling deflated, hold on. Keep going. Follow your inner wisdom. Tune into the wisdom of your body. It will lead you where you need to go.

If you don't have that personal conviction though, on the change you're seeking, you won't find it. You need to make it your life's mission to GROW. I was SO driven to find myself, that I followed the bread crumbs and trusted the path. I'm so grateful where I am today.

I hope this inspires your journey. Comments & DMs are open to questions! ✨✨✨

Ps. I have a couple of resources in my bio you might find useful towards your own personal growth journey.

I could add way more to this but I'll do that when I'm ovulating and have the energy πŸ˜‚

A few years ago I taught a workshop on "how do I talk to my kids about s3x?" and it was a hit! Parents didn't realize HOW SIMPLE conversations can be with their toddlers and I created a framework for them to follow.

This conversation is an example of that. I've kept it simple, easy to understand. I'm building a strong foundation for these kinds of conversations as my kiddo gets older and more curious. He's smart and won't accept bu****it responses.

This is what it's about. Build a foundation so you can layer it with age appropriate conversation and then when it gets to the bigger stuff it's not awkward or weird, cos you've already been talking about it! These conversations need to start when your child is a toddler. Get ahead of the game and the info they're going to see as they grow up and get to school age.

Unfortunately kids are exposed to the idea of s/x by their school peers, not their parents and what they're exposed to is traumatic and terrifying.

Here's a few tips!
1. Teach the correct body part names (absolutely no nicknames)
2. Teach consent from the beginning
3. Teach body autonomy
4. Have conversations like the one I shared. It was a 1 min conversation (that is often has) and this builds into his knowledge

You totally have this! ⚑
