Manisha Fitness
We specialise in helping busy individuals create sustainable long-term change.
We get it.
But here’s the thing…
Life isn’t going to magically calm down.
There will always be another school event, another work deadline, another week where you’re tired, stressed or stretched too thin.
The people who stay strong, healthy and capable long term aren’t the ones with perfect schedules.
They’re the ones who keep showing up when life gets messy.
Not perfectly.
Not every day.
But consistently.
A 30-minute session still counts.
A walk still counts.
One healthy meal still counts.
Doing something always beats doing nothing.
Because your future self doesn’t care about your excuses.
She/He benefits from the actions you take today.
Show up for yourself.
Even when life happens.
One of the best feelings at Manisha Fitness?
Finishing your first full 8-week block and realising you are stronger than when you started.
Not just physically… but mentally too.
When people first begin structured strength training, the progress can feel almost unbelievable. We often see big jumps in numbers during those first few cycles because your body is learning movement patterns, building coordination, confidence and foundational strength all at once.
That first deadlift PB.The first time you add weight to the bar.The moment something that felt “heavy” suddenly feels manageable.
It’s exciting because your body is adapting quickly.
But something important to remember…
As your foundations get stronger and your training age increases, progress starts to look different.
The jumps become smaller. The improvements become more incremental. And that is completely normal.
Going from a 40kg deadlift to 60kg might happen relatively quickly.Going from 100kg to 105kg? That can take consistency, patience and time.
That doesn’t mean you’ve stopped progressing.
It means you’ve built a solid base.
At Manisha, we are not chasing quick fixes or random workouts. We focus on long-term strength, movement quality and sustainable progress.
The real win is looking back 6 months, 12 months or even years later and realising:You move better. You feel stronger. You recover better. You trust your body again.
That’s what consistent training does.
And honestly? There is something pretty special about seeing members
complete their first full cycle and realise:
" I can actually do this
”
There is something incredibly special about watching someone realise they are far more capable than they ever believed.
Rose walked into her first 1:1 session today equal parts excited and nervous.
She had never touched a barbell.
Never done Olympic lifting.
Never strength trained in a structured way.
Within the first 15 minutes, simply by watching her move, we worked through the foundations:
Squat.
Push.
Pull.
Hinge.
Then we started adding load.
Twenty minutes later, Rose was squatting 50kg for 5 reps.
Not long after, she deadlifted the same.
To say she moved like she’d been lifting for years would be an understatement.
Some people are just natural lifters.
What most people don’t realise is that before you ever step into a group class at Manisha Fitness, we take you through a full movement assessment.
We discuss your goals.
Teach you the key movement patterns.
Set up your training app.
Show you how our classes run.
And help you feel comfortable in the space.
So when you walk into your first class, it doesn’t feel like your first rodeo.
You know where to put your bag.
You know the warm-up.
You know how the room flows.
Less rabbit in the headlights.
More confidence from day one.
And that confidence is often half the battle.
If you’ve been thinking about getting started but feel intimidated, send me a DM with the word START and let’s book your complimentary PT session.

We’re proud to officially partner with New Lambton Football Club as the strength and conditioning provider for the Senior Girls and Zone teams.
This week we kicked things off with their first session inside Manisha Fitness.
It wasn’t just about lifting weights.
We set the foundation.
• Introducing structured strength training for performance
• Educating the girls on recovery and why it matters just as much as training
• Breaking down the RPE scale so they can understand and track effort properly
• Showing them how to manage load across the week and prepare for game day
The goal is simple
Stronger athletes who move better, recover faster and perform when it counts.
This is about long term development, not just short term wins.
We’re excited to be part of their journey this season.
Session 1 complete and the ZFL women are loving it!
Thanks to Manisha Fitness they'll be endurance specialists in no time!
We now have a resident nutritionist!
Amina: "For years after my second baby, and five rounds of IVF before that, I was doing all the “right” things.
Training. Showing up. Staying active.
But my body had changed.
The weight kept creeping on. Not lifestyle weight. Inflammation weight. Hormonal weight. The kind that makes you question yourself because nothing you used to do works anymore.
So instead of accepting “this is just your 40s now,” I decided to actually understand what was happening.
I went deep into nutrition and perimenopause education and rebuilt my approach.
I increased my protein to 130g per day.
Created a realistic calorie deficit.
Kept strength training.
Removed alcohol.
Focused on accountability instead of perfection.
Nine months later, I was in the best shape I’d been in since my 20s, but more importantly, I felt like myself again.
Now I coach women to reclaim their nutrition, fitness and confidence in a way that actually fits real life and changing bodies.
Whatever feeling good again means for you, we build toward that together.
Amina "
I’ve opened 4 coaching spots for March.
