Yoga classes resume tomorrow (Monday 6 January 2025). Same times, same venue, and as required the classes will be adjusted to account for the expected heat - think slow, stretchy and restorative 🧘🧘‍♂️. My classes suit all levels of ability, including if you're completely new to yoga.
There are spaces available in all classes if you would like to come along as a new starter, or rejoin me if it’s been awhile.

Christmas is fast approaching so that means a short break for us! We finish classes on Friday 20 December. Just two weeks off and all classes resume from Monday 6 January. I hope your Christmas and New Year are joyous. Thank you again for all your support this year, Charlie 🙏
