Buds 16/1 Girls played South Wallsend FC at Adamstown Park and against the odds came away with a 2-1 win πΉβ½π
With the Long Weekend in full swing and perfect weather lots of players were unavailable for today's games, but those that turned up did their best. Coach Val would like to give a shout out to the girls that filled in for teams so games could go ahead πͺπππβ€οΈ

The scoreline in today's clash between Buds 16/1 Girls and Broadmeadow Magic Youth FC 17 Girls is not a true indication of how hard a game it was! πΉβ½ππ₯
Final score was 6-0 to our Buds, who faced a determined Magic team which certainly didn't go down without making life difficult and putting up a terrific fight.
Buds started the game with 1 sub.
Second half they had no subs and some of the girls needed 5 minutes to rest, leaving our team with 10 players at times.
The girls were struggling to keep going towards the end, but dug deep to come away with a well-earned win
