Creating acupressure routines for folks has been an amazing way to spend time.
I believe that on a subconscious level, people know their body best. No matter how much any therapist has studied or how much energetic empathy they have, itβs empowering for you to decide where and how you need touch.

Hi all!
Obviously canβt be offering shiatsu at the moment, but I am creating customised acupressure routines you can do yourself at home.
Think of it like DIY stretchy acupuncture (without the needles), from the comfort of your corona cocoon.
So far Iβve created routines for heart support, anxiety, lower back pain, neck tension and insomnia. All routines are 100% customised to the client.
Itβs my hope they are comforting, and empowering.

Shiatsu and art therapy on the beach with a beautiful human!
Lately Iβve started a project where I get people to draw how their body feels before some shiatsu/yoga therapy, and draw the results afterwards.
The results are so interesting!
Here Fayeβs post-bodywork drawing is so fine and flowing you can hardly see it, vs the lurid orange and magentas she chose for her initial drawing.
Feeling super lucky to have creative and open-minded friends to help me explore this project. If you are keen to try this, let me know!
