Our next term of Runstrong limited to two classes starts next week ๐ in bio for entry!
Did you know that this class was initially developed to prevent injury and improve run specific strength? Head coach then started to add in Muscular Endurance specific exercises in 2019 and credits this to his 2020 Tarawera miler win! We just ran an epic block of ME in term 1 and will keep a section of this in term 2 but also add in other form and strength exercises.
