Andre’s Gym was established in 2010 in Lake Macquarie and is owned and operated by Andre Madikian. Getting started at Andre's Gym Crossfit 2290.

Step 2 is once you have registered we will call you and discuss a time to book you in for your first Intro session. Step 3 is to fill out your Direct Debit form for your monthly payment. If you are new to Cross Training we will take it easy at the beginning and hold back the inten

Shifting the focus from aesthetic to performance and feeling changes so much in your mind!
It makes you excited for the gym, it makes you want to push a little harder, it’s more motivating and overall healthier for our minds not to be constantly focused on our appearance!
We want for feel strong, healthy, fit, energized and confident! 💪
This is especially important for the fantastic women in our gym! Learning how to move a barbell well, doing your first push up or pull up, and seeing improvement in your performance is the best feeling!

Strength training is sooooo important!
It’s important for every day activities and it’s vital to know how to move a weight around as safely and effectively as possible!
Strength training through functional movements improves your balance, coordination, strength and accuracy which are vital parts of every day life, especially as you age!
Strength training helps you remain independent and builds confidence within yourself!
