A year or so ago, we closed our doors. After 34 years of delightful play it was time to stop.

We have not been able to hire a suitable space for this term, so we will not be running sessions for the remainder of this year. Thank you all for your involvement in Avalon. Keep yourselves safe.John

Circus Avalon This is the online portal for the Circus Avalon Academy. Here you can enrol in classes, make payment and update your details.

We will delay the start of term III ground workshops in Hamilton by 2 weeks, to 27th July, to see how the COVID situation develops in Newcastle.

We now have 2 sessions on Tuesday, at 3:30 and 4:30. Both are ground activities only and the first is for younger kids and the second for older ones. There is room for a couple more.

We are restarting!!!!
We will be focusing on ground activities until we can access a space with aerials. Venue is 150 Beaumont St. Hamilton, in a lovely hall. There is a session on Tuesday afternoons at 4:15-5:15. We start small and build back up again. Bookings open on Friday on link below.

Academy plans to return to session starting with term II this year. It will not be at Waratah High. We are looking for a partner who looks after a suitable venue. If you have any ideas, please PM me with the relevant details.

We will run 3 hour sessions in January. You can book in for a morning or an afternoon and play for 3 hours. Class limited to 15 participants, and the fee is $35. Dates to be conformed soon, but will probably fall between 10th and 21st Jan. No news about next year yet. A booking system will open as soon as we confirm dates.

First backyard Academy session today. Nice shade and cool drinks and a silk to try and climb again.

We are opening some sessions for the students of the 5pm sessions only. They are at Cardiff on the outdoor rig. Sessions are limited to 3 at the moment, and bookings are essential. Because its outdoors, its dependent on the weather. Sessions are $15 and are available Mondays and Thursdays at 5-6pm and 5-6pm. Please ring John on 0409495747 to book.
