Hi our by donation classes are still on but at a different location conducted under frontline yoga, 6pm Tuesday evenings at yogabodyworks King st Newcastle. The Frontline Yoga Tuesday 6:30pm a one hour trauma aware yoga class (adaptive, therapy based), followed by an optional iRest guided meditation. (you can even just join the iRest). Free to current and retired frontline personnel (military, medical, police, ambos firefighters etc), by donation to others. The Frontline class is taking a short break over Christmas. Last class 11 December first class back Tuesday 15 January.
Over the next few weeks in order to keep everything consistent we will be transfering this page to the 'jimsyogatherapy' page
