As a consequence of COVID-19, under NSW Government directive The Forum is required to close its indoor gym and sports facilities at both University and Harbourside.
This means all scheduled activities, programs and competitions are affected.
We will temporarily close our doors today from 4pm, Thursday 5 August.

Spring is just around the corner and what better time is there to start creating healthy, sustainable habits?
The Thrive Challenge is NOT a weight loss challenge (but it might be a bonus result!), but a way to:
πͺ get stronger and gain more confidence and knowledge in the gym
π§ learn how to make sustainable changes and how to fit these into your individual lifestyle
π€Έ become happier, healthier and more confident human beings in general!

The challenge begins on the 6th of September and finishes on the 28th of November and is $300pp (or $250pp if you sign up with a friend!) which includes a one on one PT session per week, an individual workout program that suits your lifestyle via our app and individual support throughout.

Today was about stepping out of my comfort zone!
I've always struggled with anxiety and self confidence, which strength training has helped so incredibly much with. I've more recently taken up olympic weightlifting at and today I participated in the All Comers weightlifting comp at to help build my confidence with it and set myself some goals weightlifting wise. I had a lot of fun and managed to hit 5/6 of my lifts (clean and jerks not filmed) with no nerves in sight π
Just a reminder that we're all far more capable than we think we are sometimes π€
