Pyramid Yoga
Classical yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya. Group classes and personal yoga programs. Group classes are held on Monday evenings 7.15 - 8.30pm.
Instructor - Lisa Relic, Diploma of Yoga Studies Yoga Institute NSW, Member of Yoga Australia. Instruction is offered in asana, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. All welcome. Personalised yoga programs by arrangement with the instructor.
