1. Follow the 4 -1.2.3.4
A. Warm up jog/walk 5 min ensure you are feeling alive and stretched ready for the 1st round
B.AMRAP 7 min go hard for as many rounds as possible on the legs
C. Tummy Treat 3 sets of every exercise with 60 second rest
D. Drop Off complete all exercises then drop off #5 then 4/3/2/1 remember if you want to use dumbbells go for it with a substitute
E. Cardio choice of run and /or wall at 75% effort you should feel puffed but if a brown dog was to start chasing you, you could pick up your pace = 15 min yes stopping
