A few of us Evolvers will be doing this 8km walk tomorrow morning (Sunday 27th) at 8am to show some love to Denva and Dementia as a whole if anyone is free to come along πͺπΌπ«β₯οΈπ«!?

Periodisation!!
βThe long term cyclic structure of training to maximise performance to coincide with competition or training goalsβ
some crazy awesome Russian.
We use this system in our programs that involves changes in variables such as INTENSITY, VOLUME, FREQUENCY and EXERCISE SPECIFICITY, taking these components and manipulating the plan across a timeline to achieve goals.
Reducing injury risk and maximising performance are the 2 non negotiables that we aim for.
Training in cycles provides guidelines to help the athlete improve on certain variables.
Covid variable can p**s off now though so we can get back to it.

Just a quick thank you to all of our friends and family for the love and support throughout this massive change for us! ππΌβ₯οΈ.
