The team enjoyed their second Nationals win today, defeating the NT Buffaloes 18–3.

The boys set the tone early and never looked back, combining disciplined at-bats, 14 hits and error-free defence in a strong all-round team performance. Gita’s inside-the-park home run got things rolling, with the entire lineup chipping in as the runs kept coming.

A well-earned result and a great reward for the effort, teamwork and resilience the boys have shown all week. ⚾️❤️💙

What a week our WR players Josh, Tom, Felix, Riley, Zac and Jett had at the Intermediate League National Championships representing Brisbane Metro!!!🤩

The IL team finished the tournament with two wins, two losses and unfortunately two washout days due to weather. Throughout the championship the boys competed hard, represented Brisbane Metro proudly. 🙌

It was fantastic to see the players support one another, embrace the experience and make the most of every opportunity both on and off the field. A great week of baseball, friendships and memories that the boys should all be proud of. ❤️⚾️❤️

What a week at the Intermediate League National Championships for Brisbane Metro.

Our tournament finished with two wins, two losses and unfortunately two washout days due to weather, but the results only tell part of the story. Throughout the championship the boys competed hard, represented Brisbane Metro proudly and continued to grow together as a team with every game.

It was fantastic to see the way the group supported each other on and off the field, celebrated the highs together and kept positive through the challenges the week brought. Most importantly, plenty of fun and great memories were made throughout the tournament.

A huge thank you to all players, coaches, families and supporters who helped make the week such a great experience. We are incredibly proud of the way the team carried themselves and represented Brisbane Metro at Nationals.

Good luck to the Little League Brisbane Metro team who leave next week. ⚾️

The Brisbane Metro Little League side with 6 Windsor Players are QLD State Champions and heading to the LL Nationals next week in Blacktown in Sydney. The tournament starts on June 3, and the winners progress to LL World Series in the USA! To say the kids are excited to attend their first Nationals is an understatement.

Their major fundraiser is a raffle with over 15 prize packs valued at a total of $2000, the best of them is cool baseball gear from our friends at Leading Edge! Please support the team if you can with tickets starting from $5 each!
