My old grandfather talks about what being fit looked like back in the old days.

There weren’t gyms everywhere or fancy equipment. Fitness came from everyday life.

Travelling for work, working on stations, riding horses, shearing sheep, working long days and boxing in the travelling tents. Everything was physical. You had to be strong, you had to be fit, and you had to be tough.

Back then, fitness wasn’t something you scheduled into your day, it was part of how you lived.

Different times, but plenty we can still learn from that generation. 💪🏾🥊🐎

🎣 Ignite The Warrior Within-Fishing Comp 🎣

Good day out on the water…
“Unc!” 🤣 “Madness!” 🤣 getting called every two seconds-Bourke things IYKYK.

Boys were fired up, plenty of excitement.
Couple of them landed their first ever fish, even though carp were caught it was proper proud moments 💪this is what it’s all about for us.

Just a solid day:
Connecting to country by the mighty Darling river fishing with the boys. Our older boys showing the younger ones, plenty of laughs, good energy all round.

Not just fishing.
Building confidence.
Building respect.

Proud of the boys.
