Congratulations to our Lead Your Way and Future Leaders graduates Ella, Kylie and Lani!

They took part in AFL Queensland’s inaugural Women and Girls Program during the 2026 season, completing various webinars and workshops throughout the year.

As part of the program, Ella and Lani were tasked with creating a project that would benefit our members. They came up with the idea of an all-female training session, held under the guidance of Kirsty, our Senior Football Operations Manager. This initiative helped our club take out Best and Fairest.

This is another step in our ongoing commitment to supporting women and girls in football as a Women and Girls Charter Club.

Want to get involved in the program in 2027? Get in touch with us to find out more!

🐯Redcliffe Tigers End of Year Survey - Have Your Say! 🐯

As we reflect on another incredible year for the Redcliffe Tigers, there is so much to be proud of. In 2026, our Senior Men secured back-to-back Premierships while continuing to provide opportunities for our emerging junior talent to step into senior football.

Across the club, we saw continued growth in our Junior and Youth programs, with two of our Youth Female teams reaching Grand Finals and our Senior Women's team making a Preliminary Final while debuting more of our developing youth players. Our Wheelchair and Inclusion teams also enjoyed strong seasons, both earning finals appearances and continuing to showcase the strength of our One Club philosophy.

Looking ahead, we're excited to have Justin Rogers and Barry O'Brien continuing as our Senior Coaches 2027 as we build on the momentum, growth and success we've achieved together. While there is much to celebrate, we also recognise that as a growing, volunteer-driven community club, there are always areas where we can improve.

As we begin planning for 2027, we want to hear from our players, parents, members, volunteers, coaches and supporters. Your feedback will help us identify what's working well, what needs attention, and where we should focus our efforts to continue making the Redcliffe Tigers the best club it can be.

Please take a few minutes to complete our End of Year Survey and help shape the future of our club.
