Pilates Newstead will be unstaffed on Monday, 5 October for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

As always, the studio remains open 24/7 for members.

Staff will be back Tuesday, 6 October as normal.

We’re excited to have more time to see all your beautiful faces in the studio! 🤍

From now on, our staffed hours are:

📅 Monday: 4pm – 7pm
📅 Tuesday – Friday: 7am – 11am

During these hours, our Pilates instructor will be here to support you, answer your questions, help you with your movements and keep you motivated to finish your programs. 💪🏼

Whether you’re new to Pilates, working through a personalised program or just need a little extra guidance — we’re here for you.

Remember, the studio is still open 24/7 for our members. These are simply the hours when our team will be there in person to support you.
