We are excited to let you know we will be running Bub & Me Aqua Active at the time of of 2.15pm on Wednesdays in Term 4.

Bub & Me Aqua Active is a fun, 30-minute water fitness class designed for parents and carers with your baby or toddler alongside you in a secure float. This class focuses on improving your strength, fitness and wellbeing without the need for childcare. Perfect for parents looking to ease back into exercise, build confidence and enjoy a positive, social environment with their little one by their side.

This class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre school aged children around 4/5 years old.

WHEN: Wednesday at 2.15pm in Term 4

WHERE: Prouse Swim School Nhill - Nhill Hopsital Hydro Pool
