2026 Club Championships

What a great start to our weekend of tennis and pickle ball.
Friday started with the Pickle Ball tournament. A total of 7 teams competed over 2.5hrs to get our final winners.
Congratulations to Danny & Jake on some great Pickle balling to take the win.

Teams played 6 matches in their round robin draw to then have our top 4 pay off for the final.
Closely contested rounds saw 5 teams equal on wins with 4 wins a piece however games won decided who went through. After 6 rounds our standings were:
1 - Danny & Jake - 4 wins 64 points
2 - Desiree & Liam - 4 wins 62 points
3 - Deji & Felipe - 4 wins 61 points
4 - Alice & Raf - 4 wins 59 points
5 - Corey & Matt - 4 wins 56 points
6 - Jasmine & Kee - 1 win 40 points
7 - Abby & Arno - 0 wins 18 points.

The semi was tightly contested between Desiree & Liam just getting pipped by Deji & Felipe 11-13. In the other semi Danny and Jake took an easy win over Alice & Raf 2-11.

The final was now on between Deji & Felipe v Danny & Jake. Some great power play and intense net shots saw Danny and Jake take the win 11-5.

Thank you everyone that entered. It was a great way to start our weekend.

Don't forget we have a Drive Through BBQ Breakfast in the morning from 8.30am and the juniors will be on court challenging their team mates in their singles and then the Adults will take to the court in the afternoon.

And for some added excitement, our 1 Point Slam will commence at 2.00pm. Its not too late to enter the slam, so reach out to Nicky - 0407 460 487.

Thursday 3/9/26
Unfortunately due to the smoke around the tennis club / Arnhem club today’s lesson is CANCELLED. It is quite toxic and thick and not pleasant for kids to be training in.
