Evening guys ... training will be every Monday and Friday nights starting at 5:30 till 6:45 ... please try your hardest to get there we as a group have a lot to work on and we need to get as much in as we can before Xmas .... just remember it's not compulsory but if we"practice for perfection" will be our motto to succeed as a team.... thanks Stuie "Go Bulls "

Well season over and done so sad to say it ... I want to say thanks to everyone that had any influence on this side this year it was a huge team effort to get where we got and unfortunately it's come to grinding halt.. the main thing is that make sure everyone is safe and doing the right thing to help this virus go away.... The club is very grateful for everyone's help this year as I am and get helping from you guys really helps the club...I don't what I'm doing next year as this stage but I'll keep you posted ...thanks Stuie

Hey guys ...as you all know it’s more lockdown..so all I’m asking is please try and do as much fitness stuff as possible whether it’s with someone or by yourself..please push and push to just get that little bit better and fitter so that all the hard work we’ve done doesn’t gone to waste ....
