Classes can be booked online via the schedule including Flex Zen, the relaxed candlelit session we all need to wind down 2025!

Any class rescheduling or cancellations you need to make please action via Momence, and please respect the 8hr cancellation policy during this busy season.

Get off to a good start with Flex Zen, a low light stretch and mobility experience, then get your control and balance working in an open level Reformer Pilates class on Saturday & Sunday.
