This is the Worldwide Tribe 💙🧡
RJ from India was in the class of 2024, and his team Captain was a volunteer, John Reid, from the class of 2019. He is in Russia, taking on Siberman Ultra Triathlon and is being shown the ropes by Wijnand, a Dutch/Russian who has been trying to get down under to race UM for a number of years. RJ raced UB515 in Brazil also, a race that will have an Aussie flavour in 2027 😉
Wherever you go, your lived experience and friends you have made at UM will be there right alongside you.
Good luck to Wijnand, RJ and all the athletes taking on Siberman this weekend.

The UM tribe is about the journeys we take, the lessons we learn and the people we meet and take into our lives along the way. One of our international athletes from 2026, Keri Mandell has put into words some of this. Although it’s not specifically about her 515 events, the same message will be found here.

Those that were unsuccessful have also received an email, they will be at the top of the waitlist, but if you still have a dream of hitting the UM startline and didn't lodge an application, please still drop one in on the website. You may get the callup this year, at worst, you score extra points for next year's invitations.
