Nothing beats training with those that have over a decade of experience. Students can only have a depth of knowledge if the instructors do.

To start off training for 2024, supported by the City of Adelaide, we will be running a FREE community workshop on Saturday the 3rd of February, 10am-12pm. This workshop is open to everyone, so bring along anyone that wants to give self defence training a go!

The session will be run at the North Adelaide Community Centre, 176 Tynte Street, North Adelaide.
