Hi guys and girls.

Our Annual General Meeting is happening this Sunday, 13th September at 7:30am, and we need the assistance of our financial members to come along and support the club and have a shoot afterward 🏆

For the AGM to be valid, we need to reach the required quorum.

With 8 committee members, we please need 17 financial members who are NOT on the committee to attend in order to reach quorum.

👉 That means we need YOUR assistance !

Even if you don't currently hold a committee position, your attendance is important in helping us conduct the AGM properly and keep the club moving forward please.

We’re calling on all members to come along and lend a hand to help keep North Arm Sh***un Club looking its best.

💪 Bring your whipper snipper if you have one, along with any other useful gear, and let’s get stuck in together.
Every set of hands makes a difference, and it’s a great opportunity to catch up with fellow members while giving back to the club.

It's that time of year again! We'd love to see as many members as possible at our North Arm Sh***un Association Annual General Meeting (AGM).

📅 Date: Sunday, 13th of September 2026
🕗 Time: 8:00am
📍 Location: North Arm Sh***un Association Clubhouse

At the AGM we'll be:

Going through the club's annual reports.
Electing the committee for the 2026–2027 year.
Only financial members are able to vote.

If there's something you'd like added to the agenda, please send it in writing to the Secretary by COB Friday, 4 September 2026. Sent to [email protected].

We're also looking for members to put their hand up for committee positions. If you've ever thought about getting involved, now is a great time! You don't need any previous committee experience—everyone starts somewhere, and the current committee is more than happy to help you learn the ropes. It's a great way to give back to the club, meet other members, and help ensure NASAQ continues to thrive.

What an exceptional weekend at the 42nd annual sporting clays competition last weekend! With a sold out event, plenty of great company, good food, great targets, and a biggggg prize table it’s safe to say that one will go down in the history books!

We’d like to thank everyone who attended, and too our awesome committee for organising and running such an event.
