It was today I learned you can only have 20 photos in one of these! I couldn’t even get everyone in!

The gym had over 30 athletes competing at HYROX over the weekend! Everywhere we looked there was someone to cheer for and cheering us! It sounds really silly and corny but seeing people do something really hard and getting to the finish line actually gets you emotional….

When you aren’t the one doing it that is… when it’s you however a piece of your soul leaves you after the sleds and it’s just you and your demons the rest of the way!

So proud of everyone though! Mutual suffering really does bring people closer together 😂

Hyrox really nailed that business plan haha

More to come but I wanted to give a variety of people at different stages of life! The thing they all have in common is some sort of consistency!

Huge effort today in the rain 🌧️

The best part is the feedback you get from people about others in the session and how supportive they are to each other!

Big week this week!

Hyrox sessions were at full capacity!

The lskd shake out event booked out 100 tickets in one afternoon!

A group of us did a half marathon in the least ideal conditions today and just about all PB regardless!

Special thanks to .tucek for coming to support us and a massive thank you to all the volunteers and people who worked at the who had to stand in the horrific weather and were cheering us on. I did not smile much throughout the run but it was very much appreciated!

Last weeks bits and bobs 👀

Just quick little to post to acknowledge those who help and make life that bit easier. Whether it’s helping clean the gym, look after the dogs, walk the dogs after their session and help put together or fix equipment when it’s needed… just helping to help

Can’t forget the endless pup cups!

There has even been a time where everyone pitched in to bring lights or use their cars to light up the place so we could do our session. No complaining, no cancelling just solving the problem! There was also probably no insurance but we had fun 🤭

It is very much appreciated 💪

Another week down! Didn’t come without its challenges though…
