I was part of the yoyo dieting problem and to all my previous clients I apologise, I thought I was doing the right thing as it’s what everyone in mainstream fitness was doing. Sure clients lost weight but it all came back, I had solved nothing long term. I had not made a long term sustainable difference.

10 years later and constantly educating myself with some of the brightest minds and best coaches in the industry I focus on health. On educating and coaching clients using research based programs and systems. At Brand New Me we make health and lifestyle a priority, we show our clients how to be their absolute strongest, fittest and healthiest versions of themselves.

We do this by following a holistic approach we look at you as a whole person not some cookie cutter meal plan or program, stress, sleep, gut health, hormones, your relationship with food, training and nutrition all play a part in attaining lifelong results.

Getting someone to lose a few kilos is easy, showing them how strong and healthy they can be for life takes a bit more work but is so much more rewarding. We get up each morning to change peoples lives, to show them what they are truly capable of not to run useless challenges or provide workouts.
