You don’t need another meal plan.
You need better ways to handle stress, boredom and discomfort without reaching for food.
Until that changes, the same cycle keeps repeating.

Lose 10-20kg without giving up food or fun
Stop emotional eating & start seeing results
⬇️ DM “READY” to get started
If your diet is perfect Monday to Friday… then turns to s**t every weekend, try this.
Calorie banking lets you plan ahead for dinners, drinks and social events instead of pretending they won’t happen.
Save 200 calories Monday–Friday = 1,000 extra calories for Saturday.
Same weekly calories. More flexibility. No “I’ll start again Monday.”
That’s how my clients learn to lose weight without giving up their social life.

If you’re a busy Aussie over 30 struggling to lose weight, some things genuinely make fat loss harder.
Kids. Work. Stress. Injuries. Low energy.
But harder doesn’t mean impossible.
Instead of asking “Why can’t I?”
Start asking:
“What CAN I do with the situation I’m in?”
That’s where results start.

Your daily coffee probably isn’t the reason you can’t lose weight.
But what you order can make a massive difference. ☕️
A coffee can be almost zero calories… or 500+ before you’ve even eaten anything.
That’s why I teach my clients to swap, not eliminate.
Rhe lost 5kg in 6 weeks and still ate a chocolate bar every day. She simply factored it into her calories and changed her usual coffee to a lower-calorie option.
You don’t need to give up coffee, takeaway or the foods you enjoy.
You need to know where your calories are going and make smarter swaps that fit your life.
Save this for your next coffee run.
And if you’re a busy Aussie over 30 who wants to lose weight without living on chicken and broccoli, DM me “READY” and we’ll chat.

Being a dad has made me realise how fu***ng fast this goes.
Right now, my son wants me around. He wants to be picked up, wants me to play, wants my attention.
And one day he won’t need me in the same way.
There’ll be a last time I carry him. A last time he asks me to play. A last time I come home and hear him running towards me.
And I probably won’t know it’s the last time when it happens.
When he gets older he will want to be with his friends and do his own life, he will have his own kids, own life to manage.
I’m not going to get every moment right. But I don’t want to look back wishing I’d spent less time on my phone and more time actually with him.
You can get a lot of things back in life.
Your kids’ childhood isn’t one of them.
Busy, over 30 and struggling to lose weight?
You don’t need more motivation or a perfect diet.
You need habits that still work when you’re busy, tired, the kids are going mental and the weekend rolls around.
That’s the difference.
Same life. Better defaults. Better results.

If you’re a busy Aussie over 30 trying to lose fat, make protein the easiest part of your diet.
Chicken. Lean beef. White fish. Prawns. High-protein yoghurt. Egg whites.
High protein. Fewer calories. Easier to stay full.
Aim for around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day.

Can’t do a push-up yet?
That doesn’t mean you’re too weak or too unfit to start. You just need to start with a version you can actually do and build from there.
Wall → incline → knees → negatives → full push-ups → weighted.
One of my clients is a busy mum of 3. She lost 7kg and built her strength up to doing push-ups along the way.
You don’t need to be fit before you start.
Start at your level. Get stronger. Progress from there.

Love Lebo food but trying to lose weight?
You don’t need to live on chicken and broccoli.
This kefta wrap is under 400 calories with around 31g of protein and still tastes like the food you actually want to eat.
Comment KEFTA and I’ll send you the recipe.
Sometimes you’re not hungry.
You’re stressed, bored, pi**ed off or just looking for a hit of comfort.
Before you eat, ask:
“Am I hungry… or do I just need something right now?”
That question alone can save you a lot of mindless snacking.
