What a lovely morning we had at our Monday Community Zumba class! You beautiful souls showed up today despite the cold and rainy day!!!! You danced, smiled, and filled the room with such wonderful energy 🥰🎶❤️

Seeing you embracing the new playlist, moving more freely around the room and living our happiness over perfection motto — makes my heart so happy! 🥹❤️

What a beautiful morning we had today at our very FIRST Monday Community Zumba class! 🥰🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along, danced with me, embraced our new songs and filled the room with smiles, energy and such beautiful vibes! So nice to be able to move around the room, connect with you all and have so much fun together !❤️

Our Monday classes are officially underway, and I couldn't be happier with the way we've started!

And this is just the beginning… more music, more movement, more connection and, of course, MORE JOY to come! 💃🔥

We kicked off our new term with the Healthy and Active Program on Friday, and what an amazing time we had!!! The room was filled with smiles, energy and so much love! Thank you all, for making our Zumba community so special. ❤️

Thank you for showing up for yourselves this morning, you were amazing 🤩🤩🤩. Our new songs did not face you at all, you went through them beautifully and with a big smile on your faces ❤️

💃 THIS FRIDAY — WE'RE BACK! ❤️

Hello beautiful people!!! I hope you enjoyed the holidays and had the time to rest, enjoy with family and relax. I also hope you have missed me (just a little bit) 💃💃💃

I am so excited, our new Healthy & Active term starts this Friday, 9th of October, and I cannot wait to welcome you back to our Zumba Community classes and dance our hearts out on that dance floor!!!

Well, it only took me 3 weeks to post about our 3rd Zumbaversary Party 😅. Let me start by saying I am incredibly grateful to all of you who showed up and made this such an amazing day!!!

We were not short of colours, love and awesome vibes!!!

This day was more than a celebration of the 3rd year of my first Zumba Class as an instructor; it was a celebration of US as a community. We have found ourselves through dancing, but we are more than just a class. We have found friendships that feel more like family, and a place where independently of our backgrounds, walks of life, language, fitness level or dancing abilities, we all feel like we belong... and for that I am incredibly proud 💗💗💗

THANK YOU for your love and support and for being a part of my Zumba journey. Too many more to come!!!

I’m so excited to share that the Healthy & Active Program is expanding our Zumba options! ❤️

From October, you’ll have TWO opportunities each week to dance, move, have fun and feel amazing — different days, same place, same time — and how good is that!

🌟 FRIDAY ZUMBA — FREE COMMUNITY CLASS
📅 Starting Friday 9th of October
🎟️ FREE

💃 MONDAY ZUMBA — NEW COMMUNITY CLASS
📅 Starting Monday 12th of October

Both classes are part of the Healthy & Active Program with the MBCC, and both are all about movement, music, connection and, of course, being happy and having FUN! 🥰
