Our Kids & Teens classes are open for enrolments now! 🤩

We have had a lot of interest in our kids especially, so we are excited to see some new faces in term 4!

We offer two classes a week, you can choose a single class or both classes each week ✌🏼

They run for 45 minutes in length because let’s face it, attention spans are a little whimsical after a day of school 🏫

We have a maximum of 10 kids per class because we want to keep it fun and safe for each child and so no one gets left out 👯‍♀️

We work on a variety of things such as strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, motor skills, flexibility, having FUN and loving your body for what it can do, not how it looks! 🙅🏼‍♂️🙅🏼‍♀️

If you’re interested in learning more about our kids class for next term, simply drop “KIDS” in the comments below and we’ll be in touch 👏🏼

Or if you’ve seen enough and your ready to commit, head to the link in our bio to register 🤩

Either way, we’re helping the next generation change their perspective on exercise and we’re proud of it 🥹

The aim of the game is to be 1% better every day and to keep choosing yourself over and over again! 🙏🏼

Some days will be harder than others, some days you’ll be on cloud nine. 💪🏼

Some days you will feel strong AF, some days you’ll just manage to finish your workout. 👏🏼

Some days you won’t feel motivated, some days you’ll be pumped to get a workout in 🙌🏼

Some days you’ll be tired, some days you’ll have all the energy ✨

As long as you keep choosing you and you keep showing up for yourself, the progress will follow! 🔥

Take this session for example, we had a mix of PB’s hit, people who felt a bit flat but showed up anyway, people who were a bit sore but knew movement would still be good.

There is no perfect day. You just have to do it 👏🏼🔥
