🪼 Monday – arrive 5.15pm for dry land mobility/stretch.
5.30pm start with Coach Millie ($5 non-members). Three lanes catering for different swim abilities.

📚 Wednesday 5.30pm. A relaxed but structured session you can swim at your own pace. 2 lanes booked

A huge thank you to Pioneer Swimming Club for inviting the Sinkers along to their first club night of the season!

Our Sinkers had a great time practising starts and turns, getting some racing in, and mixing it up with the Pioneer juniors.
It was fantastic to see swimmers of all ages sharing the pool and having fun!
